The seller can either agree to extend the protection or decline your request. Aliexpress protection is lost in this case. Avoid the situation when the order is completed, but not delivered. If the time is over, you lose AliExpress protection and will not get a refund in case something is wrong with the product or you don’t get it at all. You can do it on the «Order details» page. In case the shipment takes more time, check the Buyer Protection time and ask to extend it. So no need to worry until this period ends. On average, the delivery is carried out within 28-45 days.
